Returns are only accepted if the product is faulty. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date to initiate a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, unless you prefer to have the item replaced or repaired.

Our wax melts are hand-poured, and variations in color and appearance are normal. These differences are not considered faults and are part of the product's unique character.
